CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.


BILLING:

Please note that appointment fees are due at the time of your appointment. A receipt will be provided to you so that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, if applicable. We do not direct bill and do not service WSIB or MVA claims.

Kimberley utilizes a combination of treatment modalities including, Diversified technique manipulations and mobilizations, Activator technique, soft tissue therapy (myofascial release), exercise rehabilitation programming, and custom-made orthotics. Her goal is to not only provide her patients with relief from their aches and pains, but to also improve function by keeping their neuromusculoskeletal system functioning optimally. She aims to increase each individual’s ability to move freely and without pain, while feeling strong and in control in daily life.

Kimberley graduated from Queen’s University with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Life Sciences in 2000. From there she graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2004 on the Dean’s List.

Emma embodies an evidence-based approach, with treatments grounded in scientific research and best practices. She prioritizes each patient’s individual needs and concerns, tailoring treatment plans to help achieve their unique health goals. With a strong focus on rehabilitation, Emma is committed to helping individuals of all ages improve their function, reduce pain, and lead healthier, more active lives.

Emma graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2019 before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2023, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

In 2026, Emma graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology and became a Registered Massage Therapist. Her training in massage therapy complements her chiropractic expertise, allowing her to offer patients an expanded range of evidence-informed treatment options that support pain management, rehabilitation, movement, and overall musculoskeletal health.

Emma also has a special interest in working with the perinatal population, supporting individuals throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period with individualized care focused on comfort, function, and overall well-being.
